RedWhite Swim Camp at NCSU offers competitive swimmers aged 9-18 an opportunity to enhance their technique and stroke development. For 2026, the camp offers a 5-Day Traditional Camp focusing on technique, a more intense 5-Day Elite Camp for experienced swimmers (ages 12-18), and a weekend Sprint Camp (ages 12-18). A sanctioned swim meet is also planned for June 28, 2026, open to all USA Swimming members attending camp.
For commuter campers, Sunday evening sessions run from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while Monday through Thursday sessions are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Thursday ends at 2:00 PM).
